Double-hand Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the wild west in a great game for early level players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player vs. the croupier, unlike almost all other poker games that gamblers compete with other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, starting players don’t have to fret about any other, more advanced gamblers winning their mulla.
An additional Pai Gow benefit is the generally leisurely game play, novices are able to take their time and strategize while not having to make frenzied choices.
It is also simpler to participate in for a long time with just a little amount of money since, to lose, each of your hands must be lower than both of the casino’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The player is assigned 7 cards face up and the casino is given 7 cards face down.
A five card hand and one 2 card hand must be put together from the 7 cards, the five card hand has to be higher than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be larger than the houses.
